Adult League Game Rules:

  1. Goal Kicks:  The ball does not need to leave the Penalty Area. The defending team must leave the Penalty Area.
  2. Games will be player 7v7, unless both teams agree on 8v8.
  3. A team can start or play the game with 6 players. Their opponent can play with 7 player or both teams can play with 6 players.
  4. Teams playing 7v7 or 6v6 must have one female on the playing field. If you have a female goalkeeper, you must have another female on the playing field.
  5. Visiting team will get the first half kick-off. Home will pick what side to defend.
  6. Games will be player in two (2), 25-minute halves if the goals are up and both teams show up on time. Delay of start of the game will result in  two (2), 20-minute halves.
  7. Game balls will be provided by the league.
  8. Players over the age of 50 yrs of age that score will have their goals count as two (2) points.These players will be given pinnies prior to the start of the game.
