The Refund Request Form is available via a link on our website under Important Documents. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
Full Refunds (less the non-refundable AYSO Membership Fee and transaction fee) will be granted under the following conditions:
- A team was not available in the location of the player's preference
- Change of residence
- Medical Reason/Condition
- A player was not placed on a team due to the lack of coaches for the number of players registered
- A player did not receive a uniform/practice jersey in addition to one of the above conditions
No Refunds will be issued if a player received a uniform/practice shirt and/or participated in a practice session or game.
Only the Regional Commissioner or the Registrar may make an exception to the refund policy.
