Fall season, training can begin in August
Spring Season training can begin in January
Training is 2 days a week, days and times determined by volunteer coach.
Games are held at various locations on Oahu on Saturdays
Your child will need a Size 4 ball, shoes (athletic or soccer), and shin guards.
Basic Rules of the Game:
Team Size: 10 Players
Number of Players on the Field: 7 (There must be a different goalie each quarter.)
Duration of each half of the game is 25 minutes (running time) broken down to approx. two 11-1/2 minute quarters with a 2-minute break
The build-out line will be used to determine offside.
There are no goal-keepers punts. Ball must be thrown or rolled to a teammate.
Heading and slide tackling the ball is not permitted.
